Wesley Hayes studied Medicine in Cambridge University, UK.  He worked as a Paediatric Nephrologist in Great Ormond Street Hospital, UK until 2024 when he moved to Switzerland to lead the Paediatric Nephrology Service at Kinderspital Zürich.  Wesley has led multi-centre clinical trials for children receiving kidney transplants and is currently Chief Investigator of the “Randomised Trial of conservative vs liberal fluid administration for children receiving kidney tranplants” trial funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research in UK.  Wesley also has expertise in kidney tubular disorders in children.  He is passionate about improving care for children with kidney disease through high quality clinical research.
